Information and files in the quotation form are used to assess the request. Do not send sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about others. This notice does not request marketing permission or explicit consent.

Your name, company, email, phone, request message, selected specifications and uploaded files are collected through web forms, email, phone or direct discussions. Technical access records may also be processed for website security.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to assess your request, prepare technical solutions and quotations, communicate with you, manage contracts and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, the bases are contract-related processing, legal obligations, protection of rights or legitimate interests under KVKK Article 5/2-c, ç, e or f.
Recipients and services abroad
Data may be shared as necessary with authorised staff, IT and hosting providers, suppliers required for the work and competent authorities. Railway and Cloudflare support the website and file infrastructure and may process data outside Türkiye. Transfers are assessed under KVKK Articles 8 and 9.
You initiate sharing through WhatsApp; shared messages and files are subject to that service’s terms. Google Fonts and Google Maps links may establish technical connections to third parties.
Retention and security
Data is retained only for its purpose and applicable legal retention periods. When no longer needed, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required by law. Access is limited by responsibilities; quotations and attachments are not published publicly.
Your rights under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether data is processed, obtain information on purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion or destruction where conditions apply, request notification of those actions to recipients, object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
How to apply and response period
Send a signed written request to the company address, or apply to info@hidrosay.com using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature or an email address previously provided and recorded by the company. Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days, free of charge except additional costs allowed by law.
