AHDP-100E-40 is a hydraulic deep drawing press with a pressing force of 100 tonnes and a ram stroke of 550 mm. Its 500 × 500 mm die area and 800 mm maximum daylight provide space for the die and workpiece. The blank holder cylinder, with a stroke of 250 mm, holds the sheet during drawing to prevent wrinkles. An approach speed of 150 mm/s reduces idle time, while a working speed of 30 mm/s controls the drawing process.
